  1.                             Coords (Prefs Menu)

  3. Movement of the mouse is displayed as positions from the origin (the lower
  4. left corner of the screen - (0,0)).  Pressing and holding down either mouse
  5. button will temporarily reset the origin as the current position of the
  6. cursor.  As the mouse is then dragged, the coordinates will show the cursor
  7. position relative to its starting position.  Using this information, you
  8. can create accurately sized and positioned objects.

  10. * The OriginUL option in the Prefs menu changes the origin location
  11.   to the UPPER LEFT.

  13. TIP:  If you are trying to accurately position an brush using the
  14.      coordinates, and find that you cannot move the mouse precisely enough,
  15.      use the keyboard to position the brush in increments. If you hold down
  16.      either Amiga key to the left or right of the spacebar, you can use the
  17.      cursor (arrow) keys to move the brush up and down or left and right.

  19. NOTE: You can have DPaint automatically load with this option selected by
  20.       entering
